Usually when you complain to a manager that manager puts the note in the file (that you have complained, about who and for what, and too many complaints will get you booted or they won't renew your lease). Since people don't stay long in apartments, maybe a year or two usually, if you can put up with the noise till they or you move that would be the best scenario. I used to live in apartments wherein noise (according to the lease) had to stop at 11PM. Where I live now the lease states that only 5 hours during the night must be quiet time. Since maintenance begins cutting the grass at 8AM in the winter and 7:30 or so in the summer...let's see now so 2:30Am must be the cut-off for noise. So, your apartment complex "may" allow the noise in the lease. Check first before you complain. sophieb · 9 years ago 1 Thumbs up 2 Thumbs down Report Abuse Comment Add a comment

Submit · just now Learn how to write a *Question*, "Noise Co qttihlzf. moncler mens boots salemplaint From Our Downstairs Neighbor But We Arent Noisy!?" is not a question, even if you put a "?" on the end. That's called a *statement*. You should have written *what can we do about our complaining neighbor* or something like that. He turned your power off??? Is he the landlord? That's illegal anyway! You can press charges on him for that and take him to small claims court. It sounds like you need some thick carpeting with padding in your apartment. The person on the first floor shouldn't hear you if you are just walking normally. And they wouldn't if you had some good thick carpeting and padding. I know someone who is going through the same thing now. She just recently moved in on the first floor apt, and there's a guy who weighs about 300 pounds on the second floor who snores and walks loudly above her head. She hadn't said anything to him about it at first, she just tried to ignore it but she couldn't. It's annoying. She bought ear plugs and could still hear the noise. But when he came down to her apt one evening and it was still early, to tell her about her music which wasn't loud, she gave him a mouth full lol. And told him about his very loud snoring and foot stomping. She has told the landlord if he can't put some thicker carpets upstairs, that she was moving. The carpets in her place are cheap and paper thin, so it's probably the same way upstairs. According to the neighbors, no one stays in that 1st fl apt for more than a few months. It must be because of the snoring bear upstairs lol. Samantha · 1 year ago 0 Thumbs up 0 Thumbs down Report Abuse Comment Add a comment

Submit · just now Just tell him what's happening. Say the people in such and such unit are having loud parties until 3 am on weeknights, and you're finding it difficult to sleep through the noise. Don't get nasty the first time.

Have you spoken to the people causing the problem? Is it a dog barking or clomping around in wooden shoes? Are you sure of the source? We had neighbors that would bang on their ceiling and call us at 2am to tell us to be quiet. We were asleep most of the times this happened. They were sure we were lying to them. Then we lived somewhere else, where we were on the top floor. The kid downstairs ran like crazy and it sounded like he was in the attic above us. Scared the you-know-what out of me the first time, thinking someone broke into the attic. Debdeb · 9 years ago 2 Thumbs up 0 Thumbs down Report Abuse Comment Add a comment

Complaint Letter to Apartment Manager Sample

To The Manager, Beehive Social Cluster House, London, United Kingdom.

Subject: Complaint Letter to Apartment Manager

Respected Sir,

I am living in this apartment from the past three years and I found this place a worthy dwelling to keep myself fresh and active in my life. I had found no issue so far but now I had a small complaint from this residence and I should be taken as man of words in this regard in any case, please.

I am by nature a very hygiene conscious person and tolerate nothing on cost of my taste and habits. I shared the room previously on your request as to keep heart for other fellow beings who are in need of getting themselves protected under roof of rooms. I had no issue with my room mates but I feel agitated with the coming of third person in the room!

I request you to arrange a separate room for me or to the third person who is residing in the room from the past few days. The room seems populated and to some extend suffocating. I hope you will understand the problem that I am facing and will solve the issue as soon as possible. Kindly take the necessary action as soon as possible.

Yours Truly, Ms. Elizabeth.
